    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using the Taylor's Sweets website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

    2. Ordering and Payments

    All regular retail orders are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Seasonal holiday drop orders are processed through Hotplate, the platform hosting those limited-time drops. We do not store your payment information on our servers. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms of service and privacy policy.

    3. Pick-up and Delivery

    Orders must be picked up at the designated location and time specified during checkout. Because our products are perishable, items not picked up within the designated window may be forfeited without refund.

    4. Refunds and Returns

    Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Taylor's Sweets and protected by copyright laws.

    7. SMS Terms: Taylor's Sweets Texts

    1. Program: Taylor's Sweets (“Taylor's Sweets”) sends text messages to people who opt in on our website. Non-marketing texts include order confirmations, pickup reminders, local delivery updates, and customer care replies. Marketing texts include promotions, new menu items, and pre-order announcements, and are sent only if you checked the marketing consent box.
    2. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
    3. Message frequency varies.
    4. Msg & data rates may apply.
    5. To stop, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
