    Retail orders are processed through Stripe. When you place an order, your payment information is collected by Stripe to process the transaction. We also use a CRM system to manage our VIP list and inquiries. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

    Taylor's Sweets (“Taylor's Sweets”) offers an optional text messaging program. If you give us your mobile number and check a consent box on our website, we use your number only to send the kinds of texts you agreed to: non-marketing texts (order confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, and customer care) and/or marketing texts (promotions and pre-order announcements). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

    Information we collect for texting: your mobile phone number, the consent choice(s) you made, and messages you send to us.

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.     How to stop texts: reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation text and no further texts. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
